Lynn James Marshall, 62, of Bremen passed away the morning of October 20, 2020. Lynn was born on January 19, 1958 to James and Connie (Carothers) Marshall. He was a graduate of Bremen High School, class of 1977. On April 23, 1982 Lynn married Bonny Bremer, and there they began their life story. Since that day she has never had to question the amount of love he had for her. They have one son, Michael (Michelle) Marshall of Nappanee and one daughter Joey (Mike) Grover of Goshen. Lynn has five amazing granddaughters, Madalynn Jean Grover, Tenley Ann Marshall, Paisley Grace Marshall, JorgiAnn Kimberly Grover, and Maisie Bremer Grover. Lynn thought his life was full until he became a Papa. The Fab 5 as the girls are called, had their Papa wrapped around their little fingers. Lynn and Bonny enjoyed everything from their afternoon drives to nowhere and the numerous motorcycle trips to states out West. He was always happy when riding on a Harley. Waiting for Lynn was his dad Jim, which he always referred to as his hero and his little sister Lisa. Lynn was a very simple man and had very simple needs. He was looking forward to retirement so that he could attend his granddaughter’s activities. Lynn and Bonny were planning their first retirement trip of Lynn’s dream of traveling Route 66 from Chicago to California. Lynn’s greatest achievements truly were his family. People would constantly tell him how lucky he was to have a beautiful family but they didn’t realize how fortunate we were to have him in our lives. He was just an amazing man and will be so dearly missed. Visitation will be held from 10:00-12:00 pm, Saturday, October 24, 2020 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St Rd 331, Bremen. A graveside service will follow in the Bremen Cemetery Mausoleum.
