Clyde Ray Stewart, age 63, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 20, 2020 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital.

Clyde was born March 2, 1957, in Fort Polk, Louisiana to Billy and Dorothy Stewart. He was the retired owner/operator of Clyde Stewart Trucking; and was a Baptist by faith. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan; and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Stewart; brother, Kenny Stewart; brothers-in-law, Jackie Pate, Jerry Turner, James Stone and Carrel Porterfield.

He is survived by his wife, Neda Stewart of Atlanta, Texas; mother, Dorothy Stewart of Douglassville, Texas; children, Mandy Rich and husband Bobby of Atlanta, Texas, Brady Stewart of Atlanta, Texas, Sarah Stewart of Atlanta, Texas; sisters, Donna Durmon and husband Eddie of Bloomburg, Texas, Teresa Stewart of San Antonio, Texas, Patricia Wells and husband Bobby of McLeod, Texas, Debbie Pate of McLeod, Texas, Becky Allen and husband Billy of Douglassville, Texas; sisters-in-law, Denise Stewart of Queen City, Texas, Janice Porterfield of Atlanta, Texas, Brenda Porter of San Antonio, Texas, Sue Poulson of Atlanta, Texas; eight grandchildren, Colton, Karlee, Morgan, Ali, Jaci, Braylen, Charli, Lindsey; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Friday, October 23, 2020 in the Hanner Funeral Chapel with Bro. Gary Terry officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.

Interment will be in Antioch Cemetery.
