Barbara Ann Greene, 90 of Frankton died Friday, Oct. 16, 2020 at her residence following an extended illness.
Barbara was bon in New Castle, IN on March 29, 1930 and was the daughter of Kenneth and Ruth (Spaulding) Lawson.
She retired from Marsh Supermarket in Elwood, IN in 2016.
Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, board games and jig saw puzzles. She was a avid listener to country music. Barbara loved taking care of her cats that gave her so much love and company.
Left to cherish Barbara's memory are her sons, Eric (Jai) Greene and Leif (Lita) Greene; her brothers, Rex Lawson and Larry Lawson; her sisters, Bea Ferguson, Marilyn Henke and Becky Tow. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Her husband, John Paul Greene, two sons, Vincent Kurt Greene, William Dane Greene; and a grandson, Josh Greene; brothers, Jim Lawson, Bill Lawson and Bud Lawson; sisters, Eleanor Bradshaw, Estabelle Lineberry and Kathleen Wolfe.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
