Elizabeth Glendora Peacock Hayes, 64, of Phenix City, AL died at Piedmont Columbus – Midtown, Columbus, GA on Sunday, October 18, 2020.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM (EST) on Thursday, October 22, 2020 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL, 3738 Highway 431 N, Phenix City, AL 36867 with Interment in Lakeview Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Hayes was born September 07, 1956 in Dothan, AL daughter of the late Joseph Peacock and Willa Dean Peacock. She was a member of Seale Baptist Church and an employee with AFLAC for over 40 years. Glen enjoyed Alabama Football, but her real joy was shopping and traveling. Glen was always up for an adventure, white water rafting, ocean cruises, you name it. She was definitely an adventurer and explorer at heart! This sweet sassy southern belle was always well put together no matter the occasion. We will have an empty space in our hearts due to her loss, however it will be filled with all the great memories we cherish and the adventures we shared.

Survivors include her husband of 47 ½ years, James E. Hayes; three children, Danielle Forbes (Mark), Laura Watson, and Jamie Hayes (Jena); three siblings, Linda Martin, Mike Peacock (Mike Davis) and Pat Peacock, and extended family and friends.
