Mr. Phillip Lynn Adams, age 64, of Murray, Kentucky, died Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Greenacres Health Care in Mayfield, Kentucky.

Mr. Adams was born in Morganfield, Kentucky on December 12, 1955, to the late John B. Adams and Mary (Cunningham) Adams. He was a retired registered nurse with Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky and was a member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Dan Adams.

Survivors include one sister, Ann Jackson of Murray, Kentucky; one brother, John Wayne Adams and wife Alice of Fordsville, Kentucky; two nieces, Carla Jackson of Murray, Kentucky and Susan Charron of Stamping Ground, Kentucky; several great nieces; as well as one great nephew.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Ronnie Burkeen officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
