Matilda was the daughter of Jonathan McKinney and Louisa Butt.
Matilda was married first to Alfred Jesse (A.J.) Tanneyhill, and then married an Unknown Hampton, before marrying Ferdinand.
Ferdinand and Matilda had a daughter Clara Ellen Wolf, she was born Jul 30, 1882 MO and died Sep 19, 1884, MO.
They also adopted an orhan girl, Lula Landers who was born April/May 1890 VA/MO. Her parents were Calvin M. Landers and Anna Weiche/Wetche. She also had two sisters and one brother that were left orphans.
