Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 15 at 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend Prentiss Davis, officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Jessie Mae Foster was a native of Perry, Florida and a resident of Tampa for over 40 years. “Mama Jessie” was one of a kind. She was a sweet, caring and loving person who was always there when you needed her. Her love and devotion was shown through her unfailing love towards others. She would feed the hungry, shelter the homeless and assist with anything you were in need of. There were no exceptions – She was there – She will truly be missed by all.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Eugene Foster and Inez Williams Foster; and son, Mark Gillyard.
