She was preceded by her parents, Charles and Beulah Whilden, her husband, Jack Stone, daughter Sandy Weber, and son in law Robert Weber. Dorothy is survived by her two granddaughters, Tanya Weber and Amy Deans and her great-grandson Micah Hight, and her beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Dorothy graduated from Salem High School in 1947, attended Cumberland County College, University of Delaware, and Glassboro State College. Dorothy was a 75-year member of Pennsville Trinity United Methodist Church.
There will be a graveside service to remember Dorothy for family and friends on Friday, October 23, 2020, at 11:00 AM. The services will be held at the Lawnside Cemetery located on RT 40 in Pilesgrove Twp. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Trinity United Methodist Church or to Ranch Hope.
