Dale M. Rowe, 54, of Taylor died Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at his residence following a short illness. Visitation will be 6-8 PM, Friday, February 10th at Providence Funeral Home Chapel. Celebration of Life Services will be 10 AM, Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Providence Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Hejl officiating. Burial will follow at Taylor City Cemetery.

Dale Rowe was born on May 25, 1951 in Oklmulgee, Oklahoma to Dale Lloyd and Edith (Garner) Rowe. He was raised by his Aunt & Uncle Clarence C. and Florence (Bonds) Rowe. Dale proudly served in the United States Navy in Vietnam. Dale was a member of the St. James Episcopal Church. He married Debby Cochran on September 3, 1995 in Austin, Texas. Dale enjoyed being with his friends, fishing, camping, and huntingl. He lived life "his way" and loved spending time with his family especially his grandson, Dylan. He was a commercial glazier for 18 years. He was last employed at Russell's Glass in Georgetown.

He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Clarence C. and Florence Rowe; 2 brothers; and a sister.

Dale is survived by his loving wife, Debby Rowe of Taylor; father, Dale Lloyd Rowe of Taylor; mother, Edith Grissom of Henrietta, OK.; son, Eric Rowe; daughter, Nicole Rowe and fiancé Trey Kreuger; stepson, Larry Clark; grandson, Dylan Rowe all of Taylor; brothers, Dan Worley and wife Debbie of Oklmulgee, OK.; Bill Grissom; sister, Donna Story of Henrietta, OK.; Connie Jo Ann Neitsch and husband, Carey of Jarrell, TX.; numerous nieces; nephews; and other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him.

Pallbearers will be Mike Rathke, Pete Edgar, Frank Cervenka, Dwaine Cervenka, John Juarez, and Kendall Koonce.
