Mrs. Janie Reid Wilson, 91, died Friday, September 21, 2007 in Compere's Nursing Home in Jackson.
A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Alexander C. and Victoria Lilly Reid.
Mrs. Wilson lived in Vicksburg from 1954 till she moved to Raymond to live with her nephew, George and Gail Reid and for the past year she lived at Compere's Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James E. Reid; sister, Lizzie Hampton; and her husband, James K. Wilson in 1981.
Funeral services will be Monday, September 24, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home, with Re. Bryan Ivy officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. today at Fisher Funeral Home.
Pallbeares will be: Marvin Miller, James Tuttle, Dewayne Breazeal, Wesley Ming, Ken Daniels and Herbert Stroud.
Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home has charge of all arrangements.
