Kathleen Mosher (Katy) Morrison, beloved wife of Henry and mother of four sons passed away Thursday morning April 23, 2020 of natural causes. She now rests in the arms of our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
Katy was born April 10, 1928 to Stella Jane Mosher and Fred Mosher in Huntington, West Virginia. After graduating from Huntington High School in 1946 Katy attended Marshall University. She was employed at Southern Bell as a telephone operator when she met, fell in love, and married Henry Morrison. They moved to Pensacola, Florida with the U.S. Navy where they raised their boys.
Katy is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, retired US Navy Quartermaster Chief Henry (Hank) Morrison and four sons; Stephen (Susan) Morrison, Greg Morrison, Bruce Morrison and Doug (June) Morrison. She is also survived by her Maid-Of-Honor and best friend Emma Jett as well as long-time friend Helen Jo Glancy. She leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews to mourn her passing.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, A memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
