Mark Lee Burns, 60, of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017. He was born Dec. 21, 1956, in Terre Haute, to Pete Burns and JoAnn (Thomas) Burns. He worked for 14 years as a tire changer for the Vigo County Highway Department.Mark loved to walk. He was an expert mushroom hunter, and enjoyed camping. Mark loved music, and rides in the country. He is survived by his mother, JoAnn Burns; brothers, Steve Burns, Pete Burns (Martha), Mike Burns, Tim Burns (Audrey) and Tom Burns (Clancee); special stepgrandson, David LeClereq; his K-9 companions, Baby and Bobo; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, at 5 p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th St., Terre Haute.
