He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Earle Dick.
James was a former appliance tech for Alltrade Property Management in Louisville, KY and enjoyed woodworking and listening to music on Friday nights.
James is survived by his wife, Debra Bell-Dick of Marysville; mother, Gwen Settles of Louisville, KY; brothers, David Lee Settles of Mooresville, NC and Gary Scott Settles of Louisville, cousins and other family members.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 24,2020, at 1:00 pm at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm also at the funeral home.
