Mary was born in Dallas, TX to Conrad Skaggs and Purl Elizabeth Atchison Skaggs on December 1, 1924. She married William Oscar Wooten Jr and had one son, William Oscar Wooten III.
Mary retired from AT&T with 54 years of service. She was an active volunteer with AT&T Pioneers for many years. Mary loved to travel with friends and family. She was a beloved friend to all that met her.
Mary is survived by her 4 nieces and many great nieces and great nephews.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Conrad Skaggs and Purl Elizabeth Atchison Skaggs; husband, William Oscar Wooten Jr; and son, William Oscar Wooten III.
