A memorial service for Ms. Davis, age 82,will be held at 11 am Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Trenton Church of Christ, 1714 South College, Trenton, TN., preacher Brent Smith officiating. A private burial will follow at Yorkville Cemetery.
Ms. Davis, an entrepreneur and insurance representative for Combined Insurance Company of America, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2020. She was a longtime member of both the Neboville Church of Christ and the Trenton Church of Christ.
Ms. Davis was preceded in death by her son, Harold Steven (Stevie) Davis, aged 3 mos., and by her parents J.W. and Erma Moore, four siblings James Fielder Moore, Mitchell O’Quinn Moore, Quincy Glynn Moore, and David Lynn Moore, nephews Timothy W. Moore and David Glynn Moore, and niece Melissa Joy Cantrell.
Ms. Davis is survived by one son, Stanley (Stan) Wayne Davis, his wife Cynthia Workman Davis, and grandchildren, Jena Witney Nowak (Randy), and Jeremy Wayne Davis, Indianapolis, IN.
