Billy Aaron Canada, 73, was born on September 26, 1947 in Oak Hill, W. Va. to the late Thomas and Mable Canada. He was educated in the W. Va. school system. Later Billy was a veteran of the Vietnam era. He then met and married Eloise Smoot. Billy also worked over 15 years and retired from the Elkem Metals plant, Alloy, W. Va. He is survived by his wife; Eloise of Montgomery, W. Va.; sons, Billy Canada of Charlotte, N. C., Greg Canada of Dunbar, W. Va., Michael Barron of Athens, Oh.; a daughter; Staci Payne of Montgomery; brothers, Thomas Geary Canada of Cleveland, Oh., Ronald Gerald Canada of Oak Hill, Anthony "Tony" Glen Canada of Oak Hill, W. Va., and Michael Lennell Canada of Scarbro, W. Va.; sisters, Gwendolyn Cookie Adams of Cleveland, Oh., Adelia Lavern Heflin of Cleveland, Oh; 12 grandkids, and six great-grandkids. Billy loved dancing, driving, and his family. Burial in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, 130 Academy Drive, Dunbar, W. Va.
