LeAnn was the daughter of Floyd B. and Lucy Whitear Smith. She was a graduate of Ben Lomond High School, and studied Elementary Education at BYU. She touched the lives of many students with her costuming, plays, and special way of inspiring Santa to visit her students every year. In later years, she served as an administrator at Timpanogos Elementary. She loved her students and associates. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served many callings.
LeAnn was selfless and lived to serve others.
At the time of her passing, she was survived by her siblings and their partners, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who adored her. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grand-niece, Lauren Smith.
