Julia Jean Robinson (Longtine), 64, passed away after an unexpected short illness in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on December 6, 1955, in Riverton, WY to Frank F. Sr. and Ruth “Elaine” (Bell) Longtine. Julia was an avid writer and was nationally published for her poem of the year. She enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, reading, creating dishes in her kitchen, tending to her aquariums, crafting, loving on her cat Calli, and playing with her grandchildren.

She learned many trades throughout her life such as carpentry, automotive repair, master gardening, teaching whether it be Sunday School or Cub Scouts, and so much more. No job was too big or too small for her to take on, she always wanted to find a way to take care of her children Scotty and Sabrina. Julia was “Mom” to many people, she was always taking care of others and helping those in need. Mom was known for her favorite color purple just like her hair.

She was preceded in death by “Daddy” Frank Longtine Sr, “Toots” Ruth Elaine (Bell) Longtine, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and nephews.

Julia is survived by her son Scotty (Theresa) Pursel, daughter Sabrina (Dale) Lawrence, grandchildren Joshua, Tashera, Darren, William, Jasper, and Keygan. Siblings Maryann, Max, Lorna, Shane, Cherry, and sister-at-heart Mary. Numerous nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and many friends.

Mom chose not to have a service as she wanted everyone to remember her the way she was. She wants everyone to be happy and not cry over her.

Mom will be severely missed by everyone whose life she encountered. She was a kind, loving soul that has left us all too soon.
