Elizabeth Adil Watkins, age 88, passed away October 14, 2020 at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

She was born February 9, 1932 in Vanduser, Missouri to the late Dave Emmett and Mae Buehler Wallace.

She lived in California for 18 years before moving back to Vanduser and worked as a hand packer for Unilever before retiring.

She is survived by two sons, Johnny D. (Edie) Watkins of Bertrand, Missouri and Michael (Donna) Watkins of Sikeston; one daughter, Connie Sue Watkins (Jon) Sowers of Vanduser; one sister, Judy Kay Wallace of Vanduser; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Sheila Watkins; two brothers, Jerry Wallace and Bob Wallace; three sisters, Leda Mae Stage, Francis Easter, and Wilma Simpson; and one grandson, Shea Watkins.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 19, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Burial will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery at Morley, Missouri.

Pallbearers will be Levi Watkins, Jonathan Watkins, Jonathan Hale, Lad Neal, Shawn Barnett, Johnny Perkins, and Tyler Evans.

Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Watkins and Johnny Watkins.
