She was born the daughter of Virgil and Sarah {Shelton} Campbell on April 1, 1934 in Homer, Illinois. She was wed to Mark Johnson on November 21, 1952. He preceded her in death. She later wed Vernon Taylor on September 3, 1994 in Williamsport, Indiana until his passing.
Dora is survived by her children, Eric (Jason) Johnson and Paula (Roy Jr.) Thomas; her grandchildren, Roy (Amiee) Thomas III, Janella (Darren) Hackett, Sonja Johnson, Kyle Johnson, and Tasha Hostetler; many great grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Aaron Johnson; her grandson, Quentin Johnson and her great grandson, Jordan Thomas.
Dora enjoyed decorating for holidays, as well as cooking and baking. She knitted, sewed and crocheted many crafts and also enjoyed gardening and tending her flowers. Dora made time for her Church by helping with their different events and fundraisers. She also volunteered her time with hospice. She loved to travel and take her fishing trips to Minnesota. Dora cherished spending time with family and friends.
She will be laid to rest in West Lebanon Cemetery.
