Martha Lee Long, 92, of Ada, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020 in Ada.

Martha was born as the first of seven children on July 22, 1928 to Floyd H. Walls and Lillian Longcrier in Eufaula, Oklahoma.

Martha grew up and attended school in Oklahoma, and on August 2, 1946 she married Robert Long Jr. in Van Buren, Arkansas. The couple had two children, Ron, and wife Elaine, of Ada, and Susan of Eufaula. Martha also considered Ronda Jones one of her children, as she helped raise her until she started school.

After raising her children, Martha worked outside the home in Harkey's Variety Store, as well as working as a physician's assistant for Dr. Baker and with Collie Insurance.

In her free time, Martha enjoyed painting, baking, sewing, crocheting, traveling, reading, archeology, and square dancing.

Martha is preceded in death by her father in 1989, her mother in 1991, her husband in 1996, sisters, Lois in 2005 and Barbie in 2018, and brothers Charles in 2014 and Bill in 2017.

She is survived by her children, sister Betty of Arizona, and one brother, Floyd, of California.
