He was preceded by his mother Luna Mann and father Ott Mann, son Michael Mann, brothers "Short" Mann, Jack Mann and Dent Mann, sister in law Kathleen Mann and Helen Mann. Survivors are wife Betty Mann, brother Rayburn (June) Mann and sisters in law Jean and Brenda Mann. Children Susan (Kenneth) Standridge, Steve (Marlene) Green, daughter in law Debbie (Phil) Henderson, grandchildren Crystal (Evan) Galbreath, Kevin Mann, Dan (Heather) James, Kevin James, and Heidi (Jeff) Baker, great grandchildren Lana and Mason James, Jack, Bo and Eleanor Baker.

Fred was a member of Nectar United Methodist Church and had served as Chairman of the Board, Sunday School Superintendent and sang in the church choir. He was an avid golfer , fisherman and hunter. He served in the Army in the Korean War and retired from Hayes Aircraft/Pemco. Mr. Mann graduated from Hayden High School where he was considered one of the great basketball players, playing on both the junior and varsity teams from the 8th grade. He also loved and played baseball
