Scott J. Harper, 59, a Chepachet resident for 19 years, passed away
Saturday, October 10, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Regina K.
(Kelly) Harper.

He was born in Framingham, MA, and grew up in Franklin,
MA. He was a son of Eleanor (Franchi) Harper of Mendon, MA and the late
Joseph L. Harper.

Scott served his country in the United States Air Force for
21 years before retiring.

Holding a CDL license, he then worked as a driver
for XPO Logistics for 14 years. He enjoyed kayaking, being outdoors, and
listening to vinyl records on his turntable. He was an avid New England
sports fan, especially the Patriots.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his 2 daughters, Sarah
K. Harper and Megan E. Harper of Chepachet. He is the brother of Mark
Harper of North Smithfield, Steven Harper of Raynham, MA and Gary
Harper of Mendon, MA.

Visitation was held Friday, October 16, 2020 in the
Tucker-Quinn Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Pike (Rt.44) Smithfield.

His funeral and burial were private.
