Karen Hawkins Fields, 67, wife of William Michael Fields, passed peacefully Saturday, October 10, 2020 at her home.
Born in Belton, she was the daughter of the late Charles “Soda” Hawkins and Flora Cooper Justice. She attended Belton Church of God and The Church of Anderson.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 46 years are: sons, Michael Shawn Fields (Lesa) of London, KY, and Williams Shane Fields of Belton; cousin/sister, Jane H. Jackson of Belton; step-father, William “Bill” Justice; grandchildren, Braelyn Fields, Morgan Mills, and Andrew Jones.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Janice Hawkins, and Bonnie Grubbs; grandparents, Rev. G. W. and Oveta Cooper, and Frank and Merle Hawkins.
Service will be held 1pm Tuesday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Boggs and Rev. Norman Black officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories.
