Born in Honolulu, HI, he was a son of the late Robert A., and Elizabeth P. (Bell) Harvey.
Chris was a 1967 graduate of Orange High School, Orange, CA and a 1971 graduate of Colorado State University. After college, he spent ten years with Toyota Motor Sales Company in San Francisco and Chicago.
He retired in 2006 from American Honda Motor Company after twenty-two years of service in Chicago and Philadelphia as a District Sales Manager.
Chris enjoyed woodworking, riding motorcycles, and spending time with Arlene and her family, his children and grandchildren and his dog.
In addition to Arlene, he is survived by his three children: Brenda K. Harvey, Medford, OR; Laura R. Slowikowski, Ashland, OR; and Jeremy C. Harvey, Saratoga Springs, NY. Also surviving are his siblings: Michael E., husband of Debbie Harvey, Reno NV and Linda D., wife of Robert Caldwell, Boulder CO. Five grandchildren also survive him.
