Spc. Aaron J. Walker of Harker Heights, Texas graduated from Hall High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. A.J. joined the United States Army in May 2006 and was stationed with the 1st Armor Division in Vilseck, Germany which deployed to Iraq August 2007. He is remembered for his wonderful smile, great sense of humor, enormous passion for life and his unending love for family and country. He is mostly remembered for his love and service to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A.J. was defined by his passion, humility, respect, honor, and most of all, love. He died in Baghdad, Iraq, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with small arms fire during combat operations at age 23.
