A man with very little formal education but with a vast amount of knowledge. He had been a welder, a truck driver, a businessman, a cattleman, a farmer, service station owner, a golfer who made two hole in ones in his playing days, a hunter, and a father. He proved to be excellent at every thing he did and he shined with aura of goodness and love for all his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Only one man in the history of this earth was a better example of a role model for his children, and that man was Jesus. I miss Daddy and thank him for all he taught me.
