Joel Albert Hoover, 64, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born on February 14, 1956 to Willie Hoover and Hazel Stamey Hoover, both of whom preceded him in death.
On April 18, 1999, he married Lisa Jean Lamb, who survives of the home; also surviving is his daughter, Sylvia Glenn of Lexington; grandson, Jacob Joel (J.J.) Glenn; brother, Raymond Hoover of Thomasville; sister, Donna Snyder and husband Rickie of Thomasville; and special nephews, Brad Hoover and Joey Hoover.
A private family graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery
