Andrea M. "Andy" Meyer, 33, died in a traffic accident Friday morning. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Guttenberg. Burial: Mount Harmony Cemetery, rural Elkport. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg, where there will be a parish wake service at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Survivors include her husband, Allan; a son, Daniel, at home; a daughter, Davean, at home; her mother, Jean Tysko of Ladysmith, Wis.; a brother, Forrest Shibley of Charleston, W.Va.; and a sister, Kathy Fraley of Gaithersburg, Md.∼Andrea had two children, Davean and Daniel, with her husband, Allen Meyer. Andrea died of injuries sustained in a car accident in Guttenburg, Iowa, on her way home from her job. Andrea is survived by her children, her husband, her sister, Cathleen C. Fraley of New Jersey, brother Forrest Shibley, and her mother Jean M. Shibley of Ladysmith Wisconsin. Andrea was preceded in death by her father David J. Shibley on May 10, 1991.
