Rosalie Harrison Williams was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on July 6, 1945 to the late Albert Harrison and Edna Henyard Harrison.

Rosalie accepted Christ at an early age where she attended Second True Light Baptist Church. She attended James Lewis Booker T. Washington High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was married to Edward Williams Jr., who preceded her in death.

She went to Meadow Draughton College in New Orleans, Louisiana were she received her Executive Secretary Diploma in 1978.

She worked as a State Employee in Louisiana as an Administrative Assistant for Human Resources for thirty years until her retirement. She moved to Tyler, Texas in August 2005, after surviving Hurricane Katrina. To God Be The Glory. After retiring, and moving to Tyler, Tx. she went back to work at The Texas Workforce Commission, as a Computer Assistant under the Senior Citizen Program. To God Be The Glory. Rosalie was also a survivor of a Liver Transplant in 1997, To God Be the Glory,Survivor of Breast Cancer in 2015, To God Be The Glory.

She joined New Days Community Church in 2012, under Pastor Reginald Garrett. Rosalie loved to share her testimony to others about the Goodness of God. Some of her favorite worship songs are; In the Midst of It All, No Charge, The Battle is Not Mine, and Mountain High, Valley Low. Rosalie would always open up her home both in New Orleans and Tyler to family and friends.

Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Edna Harrison, Husband; Edward Williams, Jr., Son; Gerald Williams, three brothers; Theodore, Roosevelt, and Joseph Harrison, three sister; Lucille H. Jackson, Bessie Johnson, Bernice Harrison, two grandson; Brandon and Tyler Antoine.

She leaves to mourn and cherish her memories, two daughters; Tammie Williams (Tyler, Tx.) Chiselle Antoine(New Orleans, Louisiana.), two sisters; Eola Dees and Delores Davis both of New Orleans,LA.One brother-in-law, Larry Williams, two sister-in-laws; Shelia Williams and Beverly Williams. Grandchildren; Jasmine Antoine(New Orleans,LA.), Tamara, William, David, and Caleb Knight all of Tyler, Tx. Great-grandchildren; Jehron, Jeran, Tylan, and Breeon Tyaze all of New Orleans, Louisiana, special friends; Robert Washington, Burlee Harmon, Sister, Lodean Jones, Rev. Willie Jones, Janet and Ms. Leslie, Tatum Donnis,and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
