On October 05, 2020, Janet Ann Hensley lost her courageous battle with Huntington Disease at the age of 51. Janet was born July 27, 1969 to Janice Reese Hensley and the late Lecil Edward Hensley.

Janet owned and operated Professional Electrolysis of Asheville for 20 years until her illness prevented her from working. She was a member of First Assembly God. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Pastor David Edwards officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
