During the early years of his life, Johnny accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was a faithful member of Ebenezer Christian Center and remained steadfast throughout life’s journey.
Johnny was an outgoing, kind, and humble individual who embraced life’s experiences with open arms. He had a mind that never ceased questioning, a serious twinkle in his eyes, a genuine and loving spirit, and a heart that opened freely to family and friends. Johnny was a devoted husband, loving father, caring brother, nurturing uncle, committed cousin, and loyal friend. He believed deeply in unconditional love, treasured spending time with family and friends, and delighted in helping others. Fishing and outdoor barbecues were among his greatest pleasures in life. His friendship and kind spirit always be remembered by those who knew and loved him dearly.
On August 27, 2020, Johnny transitioned from this earthly life to eternal peace and rest.
