He attended the public schools of Dougherty County, including Albany High School. While at Albany High, he participated in various school activities and was a member of the graduating class of 1977.
A very persistent and conscientious individual, Anthony believed in working hard for what you want and always being willing to do the right thing. In addition to Georgia Pacific, he was employed with several companies in Albany for numerous years. He took great pride in his work and truly relished the friendships that he made throughout his employment.
Anthony enjoyed life and all that it had to offer. He was loving, outgoing, generous, and witty. When in the company of family and friends, he was always the “life of the crowd.” His humor and laughter captured the attention of everyone around him and made him a favorite among all who came in contact with him. He will be deeply missed.
On, September 17, 2020, Anthony departed this earthly life at his residence. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joe Ford, aunt and uncle, Richard and Daisy Bennett; and six siblings, Bennie Moore, Jr., Allen Moore, Albert Grace, Jr., Broderick Grace, Frank Ford, and Jackelyn Moore.
