Edna was born on September 15, 1944 in Chipley, Florida to the late James Morris and Teretha Bell Morris. She was a dietary aide in the Washington County School System for numerous years serving at Chipley High School and Kate M. Smith Elementary School. She also served in the kitchen ministry at the Mt. Ararat First Missionary Baptist Church of Chipley, Florida.
She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters: Lisa Buze, Teresa (Nathaniel) Morris-Monroe, and Tuyuana Morris, all of Chipley, Florida; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; sister: Angeline (Rev. Thomas) Smith of Chipley, Florida; two brothers: Jerry Morris and Phillip Morris, both of Ft Walton Beach, Florida; uncle: Vasti Hudson of Bainbridge, Georgia; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
