Ms. Keyser was born September 22, 1940 in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late James and Ada Odessa Barnett Spaulding. Donna was a graduate of Fairview High School and worked as a dispatcher for JM Manufacturing. Her hobbies included needlepoint and dollhouse miniatures. She was a member of Gospel Tabernacle.
