Sabrina Sue Dummich Carter, age 41, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on August 2, 1974 in Madison, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of James Richard Dummich, Sr. and Susan Lynne Hendren. She resided part of her early life in Madison, Florida and then in Switzerland County where she attended Switzerland County High School later acquiring her GED. An early marriage was blessed with three children, Andie Lynne, Christian Lee, and Lacie Michelle. She had worked early in life at Frisch's Restaurant and for the past 13 years with her companion, Steve Cosby at Steve Cosby Construction. She was raised in the Long Run Baptist Church in Switzerland County. She was proud to have helped Steve with the building of their home. Sabrina loved listening to music and was dedicated to hard work. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Sabrina was saddened at the loss of her companion, Steve on September 22, 2020 from a sudden heart attack. Sabrina died suddenly on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 10:53 a.m. on arrival at the Emergency Room at King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.

Sabrina will be missed by her loving daughters, Andie Lynne Carter of Madison, Indiana, Lacie Michele Carter of Hanover, Indiana; he loving son, Christian Lee Carter of Madison, Indiana; her loving step daughter, Shyann L. Koontz of Madison, Indiana; her loving step son, Christopher L. Cosby of Madison, Indiana; her loving mother, Susan Lynne Hendren of Madison, Indiana; her loving father, James Richard Dummich, Sr. of Madison, Indiana; her loving grandma, Clara Hendren of Hanover, Indiana; her brother, James Richard Dummich, Jr. of Madison, Indiana; her aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Combs, David Hendren, Kerry Hendren (Kim), Lee Hendren (Tammy), Bob Dummich, Jerry Dummich, Pat Dummich, Bill Dummich, and Susie Octoman; her mother in law, Marcia Wilsman of Madison, Indiana; her sister in law, Eva Gwen Poling of Lexington, Indiana; her brothers in law, Andrew Dowery and his companion, Amanda Copeland of Madison, Indiana, Benjamin Weary of Madison, Indiana; several cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her companion of 13 years, Steven Lee Cosby, Jr., died September 22, 2020, her half sister, Billie Jo Moore, died December 29, 1976, her grandparents, Cecil and Nellie Case; Leo Hendren, and her uncle, Richard Hendren.
FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 10, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., by Pastor Sandy Fox at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Fairmount Cemetery in Madison, Indiana.
VISITATION
Friends may visit Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m.until the time of service at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana.
