Rites for Mrs. Annie Foster Aston, 83, were held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the First Methodist Church here with the pastor, the Rev. Howard Marcom, officiating.
Burial, under direction of Campbell Funeral Home, was in Spur Cemetery.

Mrs. Aston died Monday in Crosbyton Rest Home after an extended illness. A native of San Augustine County, Mrs. Aston was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Bud Rennels of Abilene, Mrs. Marguerite Rickels of Spur and Mrs. J.B. Smith of 2518 47th St. in Lubbock; a son, J.M. Aston of Venezuela, S.A.; a sister, Mrs. Lonnie Gilmore of South Bend, Tex.; and two brothers, John Crump of Crosbyton and Leslie Crump of California.
