Ms. Diane Williams was born in Worth County, GA on June 30, 1962 to the late Mr. Albert Williams and the late Mrs. Lillie Mae Williams.
Ms. Williams gave her life to Christ at an early age, and joined Macedonia Baptist Church here in Sylvester, GA.
She attended Worth County Public Schools. After graduation, she attended some college and opened a home daycare (Lillie Mae’s Daycare). The daycare was in operation for 10 years. Later, Diane decided to work at Hometown Cleaners where she was a “top notch presser” for over 20 years.
Ms. Diane was literally the life of any party. She would make you laugh and show you a lot of love because she was so caring. She would feed you, give you clothes, and a warm and comfortable place to stay. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, and other loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Jackson and Martha Chatman; and four brothers, Mack Arthur, Willie Williams, Robert Lee Williams, and Jerry Williams.
Funeral Service October 4, 2020, H.H. Woolard Community Center, 709 West Wallace Street, Sylvester.
Interment Shepard Memorial Gardens, Sylvester.
