Mr. William E. (known as “Pop” or “Tooter”) Coulter, age 77, of Hillview, returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, October 3, 2020. Mr. Coulter was born in Lebanon, KY on May 12, 1943 to the late Edward Alvin Coulter and Mary Pearl Coulter. He retired from General Electric after 30 years and was a member of Wakefield Baptist Church.
Among those who preceded him in death are, his daughter, Vickie Warren; grandsons, Dylan Coulter and Camren Blake Patton; great-granddaughter, Maddie Coleman; sister, Betty Coulter- Chisholm and his brother, Roger Dale Coulter.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 57 years, Mary Lou Coulter; sons, William Coulter, Jr. (Jackie) and Chris Coulter (Tammie); son-in-law, Billy Warren; grandchildren, Jennifer Warren, Amber Pearson (J.R.), Brandon Warren, Christina Coleman (Chase), Christian Coulter- Boston (Ashley), Jenna Coulter, Lil’ Chris Coulter and Christopher Patton; 9 great-grandchildren, Brittany and Breanna Warren, Caiden Coulter- Boston, Autumn Coulter- Boston, Zeke Coulter, Izzy Coleman, Jack Coleman, Piper Coleman and Heidi Coleman; siblings, Larry Coulter, Connie Colvin (Mike), Bobby Coulter, Sammy Coulter (Linda), Linda Carol Rogers (Richard) and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with Mavis Bennet conducting. Cremation to follow
