Judy was born November 13, 1949 in Conneaut, the daughter of Al Williams and Betty Kangas. Judy was a housewife and homemaker for most of her life. She loved her children and grandchildren unconditionally. She would follow her kids wherever they were and was an active mother and grandmother in their lives. Family was one of the most important things in her life and she loved to cook for all and enjoyed gardening.
Judy was also an Elvis Presley enthusiast and collector. She visited Graceland a few years ago and loved anything Elvis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William "Billy" Summers, a brother Richard Williams, a grandson Christopher Allen Lambert and a granddaughter Natasha Kay Santana.
At the family's request, private services will be held in keeping with Judy's wishes. She will be buried with her husband Billy in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, North Kingsville at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donation be made to the Raisian Funeral Home, 581 Harbor St, Conneaut, Ohio 44030, to assist with funeral expenses."
