"William Biggars and Rebina Glover, both of the Township of Saltfleet, were married in Saltfleet by banns on Thursday, the 5th day of November, 1818."

Feb 25, 1819 application as son of UEL John Biggar
On his UCLP application, John Biggar applied as the "son of a United Empire Loyalist" and NOT as a United Empire Loyalist himself.

William Biggar's brother Joseph Biggar also made an application at the same time also as a "son of a United Empire Loyalist" and neither receiving lands to date.
