Sue Ann Mendenhall
76, of Monrovia, passed away on September 30, 2020 at St Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, after a long courageous battle with her health.

Sue Ann was born on November 6, 1943 in Columbus, Indiana to the late Helen (Berry) and Waldo Behrman.

Sue Ann was a graduate of the University of Indianapolis nursing school. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years, most recently at Eskenazi Hospital, where she retired in 2018. Being an only child, she loved being a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also known as “Mom” to many of her children’s friends as they considered the Mendenhall home as their second home. She enjoyed doing crafts, in particular making cards, floral arranging and fabric painting.

She is survived by her husband Tommy Mendenhall; daughter Shala Brizendine; son Scott Mendenhall; 4 grandchildren Gabby, Jarrett, Joseph, Emily and a great grandchild, Grayson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8th from 12-2pm at Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with memorial services beginning at 2pm Thursday in the funeral home.
