He worked most of his whole adult life for the university, most recently in the office of the Provost. His maternal grandparents, Victor Schmick (1914-1976) #80318599, & Elsie M Ast (1915-2003) #80318586, are buried in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Port Dickinson, Broome Co., NY.
