Fred L. Brunmeier Jr.
Fred L. Brunmeier Jr., died Monday morning, Nov. 22, 1993 at Deaconess Medical Center.
He was born March 4, 1909, in Zap, N.D., the son of Fred and Christina Scherer Brunmeier.
Fred married Ida Lang in 1928 and together they farmed in Sidney, MT., from 1930 to 1942, before moving to the Shepherd area, where they farmed until 1970.
After retirement, they moved into Billings, MT., where Ida passed away in 1975.
In, 1977 Fred married Jennie Johnson.
He dearly loved his family, polka, Western music and traveling in his Winnebago.
He will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his wife, Jennie of Billings; one son, Lawrence
Brunmeier of Billings; three daughter, Mrs. Pear Fox, of Cody, WY., Betty and her husband Robert Reed of Worden, MT.
Delma and her husband Robert Nagel, of Salt Lake City, Utah,
three stepsons and their wives, Delano and Pat Johnson of Great Falls, MT., Darrell and Shirley Johnson in North Carolina and James and DeeAnn Johnson in CA.; two sons-in-laws, Joe Reichert and Gary Whitney; 25 grandchildren; and several great- and great-great grandchildren.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Ida, two sisters, one brother and two daughters, Shirley Whitney and Vera Reichert.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Michelotti, Sawyers & Nordquist.
Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Billings, MT.
