Judy Ann Campbell Blake, 69, of Kannapolis, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 2, 2020.

Judy was born on December 17, 1950 in Yadkin County to the late William Vander Campbell and Faye Myrtle Davis Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Ray Blake in 2017, and five brothers, Junior, Jimmy, Jesse, Johnny, and Jerry.

Judy worked as a payroll clerk for Dominion before retiring. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Kannapolis. She loved and adored flowers of all kinds and enjoyed spending time in her garden. She also enjoyed shopping. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory include three daughters, Brandy Blake, Tiffany (Todd) Morris, and Stacie Blake Milam; four grandchildren, Brittany (Dustin) Carr, Matthew Morris, Christian Setzer, and Serenity Milam; three great-grandchildren Jaxson Carr, Everlee Carr, and Eliza Carr; and brother, Jay (Barbara) Campbell.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4 2020 at Whitley’s Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Whitley’s Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Deitz and Rev. Dustin Carr officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at Carolina Memorial Park.
