Laurie Beth Lovell, 51, of Clinton, Illinois, passed away 9:48 AM September 25, 2020 at her home in Clinton, Illinois after losing her ongoing battle with addiction.
Laurie was born in Boston, Massachusetts, the daughter of Edward and Cynthia (Himelfarb) Fox.
Survivors include her two young daughters, Julia (14) and Rachel (10), along with her former spouse, Alex Lovell of Clinton; her father, Ed and his wife Gina Fox; brothers, Steve and Adam Fox, and her friend, Tom Hunt of Decatur, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Fox and her uncle, Gary Himelfarb.
Laurie always had a passion for cooking and fulfilled a dream of hers by graduating from Richland Community College in 2014 with a degree in Culinary Arts.
