Mrs. Lambert was born on August 10, 1940 in Grant City, Missouri, the only daughter of J. Hurley & Vesta Marie (Key) Hall.
Mrs. Lambert was employed by the United States Treasury Disbursing Department - Kansas City Financial Center for nearly 31 years. She was an active member & past Deacon of Gashland Presbyterian Evangelical Church for 51 years.
She enjoyed cooking, reading, traveling, nature, music, going to festivals & spending time with the many beloved friends she created over a lifetime. She will be remembered for her faithfulness & strong devotion to her Savior Christ Jesus, positive outlook on life, sense of humor & her laughter. She will be missed by her loved ones, who celebrate the fact that she is with her creator.
She is preceded in death by her son, Curtis R. Lambert; a brother, Hurley F. Hall, (whom died in infancy); a half brother, Jean Armstrong, (whom died in infancy); & her parents, J. Hurley & Vesta M. (Key) Hall. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Angela & Randy Goering; grandchildren, Timothy, Victoria & Isabelle all of Kansas City, Missouri.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 1:30pm at Gashland Presbyterian Evangelical Church, 8029 North Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri 64118. Visitation with the family will directly follow the service. Mrs. Lambert will be laid to rest in a private ceremony, at a later time, at the Grant City Cemetery in Grant City, Missouri next to her beloved son & parents.
