She was born at home in Clarksburg on January 10, 1943, a daughter of the late Joseph Second and Kathryn (Popovich) Second.
On June 27, 1964, she married A. Mark Williams, who preceded her in death on May 15, 2002.
Left to honor her memory are her son, Steven Mark Williams; her grandson, Gabe; her sister, JoAnn Hammond; her niece, Jessica Hammond and several cousins.
Rosalie was a graduate of Victory High School, class of 1960. She had previously worked at Dr. Harry Watson’s office from 1961 – 1967 and was a homemaker after she and Mark were married and had Steven. She had the Lord in her heart, was raised Catholic and had attended Faith Fellowship Church. She enjoyed watching TV, including the country music channel GAC, the Food Network and Nancy Grace.
Rosalie had requested to be cremated and no public services to be held.
