Surviving are son, Jeff Thomas of Russellville, KY; daughters, Rhonda Adler of Russellville, KY and Melissa Giffin of Clarksville, TN; brother, William Tabb of Jacksonville, FL, sister; Carol Hughes of Jacksonville, FL.
She was predeceased by son, Frankie Campbell; brother, Marvin Eugene Tabb.
