Mr. Daniel Walton Todd, age 84, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Mr. Todd was born on January 9, 1936 in Loris, SC, to the late George Thomas Todd and the late Emily Callie Cox. Mr. Todd worked as a security guard for Springs Textiles until his retirement and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife Katherine Neely Todd of the home; two sons, Danny Mitchell Todd and Bobby Jason Todd both of Lancaster, SC; daughter, Crystal Todd of Lancaster, SC; three grandchildren, Michael Todd, Jr., Christopher Todd, and Matthew Todd; two brothers, Lawton Todd and wife, Hilda of Loris, SC and Winfred Todd of Gwynn, VA; and sister, Frances Todd Cox of Loris, SC.
Mr. Todd was predeceased by his son, Michael Todd; grandson, Blaine Todd; and three brothers, Thomas Todd, Austin Todd, and Wofford Todd.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 1:30 PM on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Hardwick Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Carter Cemetery.
